I am new to the investment property space and there's a lot of details, which can be overwhelming. SMB breaks down each aspect of what goes into making these deals (types of deals, where to look for data, sourcing/fundraising, finding leads, who all you will be interacting with in the transaction, and the numbers you need to know/calculate before making the deal, just to name a few. They also have weekly calls where their seasoned investors answer questions and provide guidance on how to proceed in whatever stage in the process you're in. I highly recommend SMB for anyone wanting to build and hone their knowledge base to feel equipped to make the best real estate deals.

Just wow! Another amazing call packed with life and realestate knowledge. Chris still has me nit picking every thought crossing my brain.😆 Nate and Rodney did an excellent job breaking down the multi family processes. I’ve learned so much in a such a short time (1 year since I joined SMB). That is why it’s important to pay for speed. I have already 10x my investment in SMB with an equity gain.
