We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you didn’t find value in your experience with our program. While we always respect honest feedback, we feel it’s important to provide clarity for those reading this review. Our mission has always been to deliver real-world, actionable real estate education and support. With hundreds of satisfied clients and over 400 positive reviews, we’re proud of the community and results our members have achieved—but we also know that success requires taking consistent action on the information provided. To address some of the points mentioned: - Training Materials: Our training content is regularly updated to reflect current market conditions and strategies. While some of our content shares timeless real estate principals many methods evolve. We strive to provide relevant and up to date information. - Weekly Calls: Our weekly coaching sessions are designed to teach principles that can be applied in real-world deals—including both active deals from our team and scenarios sourced from real client experiences. We also offer opportunities for direct support and Q&A in every session. - Success Support: While we don’t do the deals for our members, we absolutely provide step-by-step consulting and the tools needed to complete deals. Many of our members have closed their first transactions using this roadmap. - Refund Policy: Like most programs of this nature, we are upfront about our refund policy, which is clearly stated prior to enrollment. We also make ourselves available to support and coach clients throughout the program if they’re willing to engage. We don’t take your comments lightly, and we sincerely wish we had the opportunity to support you more directly during your time in the program. Unfortunately, we aren’t sure who has chosen to leave this message making it difficult to address the specific points you bring up. If you’d like to reconnect with our team and discuss a constructive path forward, we’re open to that conversation. To those reading: We invite you to look through the hundreds of positive reviews and real success stories from clients who’ve taken action and used our tools to move their real estate goals forward. We’re committed to helping serious investors create real results. — The Home Invest Academy Team
