We are the former franchisor of the company in question and under our agreement with Solutions Group they are precluded from conducting business with our former franchisees. Additionally, the former franchisee entered into an agreement with us at the time of dissolving the franchise agreement in which the owner Anh T Dang agreed not to contact any of our vendors but considering that they are in violation of the clause we are in the process of legal action to enforce the agreement to include collecting penalties for the violations. In honoring the separation agreement we will not disclose why we terminated the franchise agreement with this franchisee. We had a good business relationship for 5 years, paid our premiums on time and never had issues with Solutions Group. When our insurance was up for renewal for year 6, they refused to quote our agency and would not give a reason why, even though we received an email to reapply for the following year. It was extremely odd position for them to take and I requested to speak with the agency owner so I could get a clear explanation as to why the we were given the rude and cold shoulder treatment. Usually, most companies would be horrified to have their employees treat a customer that way, but he never returned my call, to apologize or explain why they would not be able to renew the policy. Obviously we went with another insurance agent who offered just as competitive premiums.
