Happy Customer

When I emailed to get a copy of my…
When I emailed to get a copy of my insurance certificate, the reply email I received from your customer service stated that the certificates had been emailed previously. Yes, I replied, I know that However, I couldn't locate them and needed them for re-credentialing. I was very surprised with the push-back that I had already received them as, in the past, when I have needed a copy you have sent them within 24 hours and with a pleasant note.
