I purchased a fleece blanket at the Lancaster PA location. First time I used it I noticed that it shed all over my clothes. Tried washing it twice without any improved results. Took it back to the store. They would NOT ACCEPT the return because I did not have the original sales receipt. The company lacks the technology to cross reference sales purchases to a credit card. Now I am stuck with a poor product that I will probably just donated to an animal shelter. I will never shop at a TJ MAXX, HomeGoods, HomeSence, or Marshall's store again!! Worst return policy I have come across in recent memory.

I bought 2 accent chairs $600 on 11/10/23 scheduled to pick up today. I arrived to find out they resold them the next day when they should have been placed in the back, they were without the tags that I have and receipt I paid for them. They admitted they did, how did they ring them up on clearance and with no tags? I drove almost 2 hours to pick them up tonight. All I got was, I'm sorry, we sold them again, but we can refund you. The manager tried to avoid the entire incident. How can you sell something I have bought and you gave me the tags off the item and a pick up slip? I will never shop in such an unprofessional place.

on 10/6/23 I ordered 6 counter chairs from Home Goods online site. The order was accepted and pending charge listed on my credit card. I was notified by email on 10/11 that... we are working on order. on 10/15 order cancelled with no explanation. upon calling customer service informed of inventory error. took 10 days to inform me they do not have item in stock.

I love shopping at the store, but online is a horrible experience because I bought three items, the first one was missing the screws, the second item had a bunch of scratches on the side and the third item Was completely something else. Do not shop at home goods.com, the worst experience ever, but go to the stores, they have very good and beautiful home decor and other things

I ordered 3- "sets of 2" counter stools. Spent $650 for 6 stools. They sent 3 single stools. When I checked their site, they changed the wording to "single". I am 100% certain the wording was "set of 2" when I ordered them. Who would spend $1300 on 6 stools from Homegoods? They changed the receipt too. I am SOOO mad. They tell me theres nothing they can do, and to return them. Whats going on HOMEGOODS?? You did this 2 months ago when I ordered "set of 2" table lamps. Only sent one. Deceptive advertising!

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST.

Ordered a ceramic cookie jar. Received a bed comforter. Mever received what I ordered. Delivery was late, box was damaged, no customer service evenings/weekends. Will HomeGoods reimburse my time/gas to return this large box?

Placed an order for the first time last week. Two days later I got an email saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation, nothing. I placed the order again, and wouldn't you know it: same thing. Tried calling their customer service and got a message saying they were closed. I can't imagine having to work this hard just to give a company a sale. Common courtesy would be to give the customer some idea of what the problem is, but they obviously don't give a damn.
