Have had a TJMax/Marshalls/HomeGoods Credit card for quite a few years. Have a credit score of 833. Because I haven’t used it in sometime I received a notification from Experian that TJMax decreased my credit limit from $4,000 to $1,024. I spoke with a representative who said it was lowered because I haven’t used it. This decreases my credit score by 8-10 points. It is disgraceful and infuriating that a company like TJMax/Homegoods/Marshalls to exert this much power over a persons credit limit and score simply because the card has not been used!! This shows the Company’s lack of integrity and care for their customers.

Recieved two glass beverage dispensers as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, one leaked when the punch was added. My son did a quick patch up job with duct tape to save the drink (and table cloth). I was told it could not be returned because it had been used! It is sad to see how customer service has deteriorated when TJMaxx, Marshall's and Home Goods merged. Unil recent recent years, 90% of all my clothing, home goods and gift purchases were made at these three stores. However, because of the dismal customer service in recent years, I have relied more and more on Amazon. It is a shame these retailers chose not to provide the same exceptional service that Amazon does.

Used to shop at the San Luis Obispo, California store often, then after seeing so many people get treated poorly we won't be coming here anymore. The place is often in shambles, seems like a fire hazard. Poorly trained management and employees everyone seems on edge and unhappy, manager smelled like booze. We won't be shopping here anymore.

The Amarillo store is very disorganized and messy. I've had better luck finding what I might like at a garage sale - cheaper too.

I chose my item and went to check out . The light was on so I went to the cashier and the girl there walked away after waiting about 5 or more minutes the girl asked the cashier next to her to take me next which did not happen so then a guy comes up rings up my item and walks away and talks to someone else . Comes back after I put my money on the counter and leaves again . At that time I was just so frustrated with the lack of customer service I just received from 3 people , I just left without buying the product . Horrible !!!

Woodbridge nj HG is so horrible. The cashiers are rude, they let customers stand around while they are texting and gossiping, then they have the audacity to have an attitude and act like they can treat customers like crap! Management is no better and can’t be bothered, they whole staff needs to be properly trained and accountable needs to be taken. Mat/Marc is a trashie manager. I went to return 2 items, the cashier on station 1 on 10/21 @ 330 pm was nasty and rude and not the first time I have seen her behave awful to other customers and she was on the phone so it’s like she can’t be bothered. When I called and complained to management, Mat/marc couldn’t be bothered either. That’s the start of the issues with those employees.

I’ve been a loyal HomeGoods customer and frequent shopper at this location because of its convenience, but I will no longer shop here after a frustrating and disappointing experience with Frank B and his supervisor. I found a table that I loved, tagged at $60, and was excited to buy it. However, when I went to check out, the cashier discovered the tag was for a different item. Another associate and Frank then informed me the table was actually $140, but Frank said he would honor the original price of $60. After agreeing, he suddenly claimed the item had been recalled and couldn’t be sold, but promised to figure it out and honor the price. Weeks went by with no resolution, despite my calls and in-person visits. Eventually, Frank told me he could no longer sell the table for the original price, which is not only bad business but extremely unprofessional. This whole ordeal has left me feeling misled and disrespected as a customer. I won’t be shopping here again after this experience.
