I was so concerned about receiving this beautiful vanity in good condition. I had really bad experiences before with different companies. I did receive my vanity in one piece and they did great job to pack them , unbelievable. Of course my vanity looks beautiful as mush as when I first ordered online. Thanks again and I can not wait to install !!!

First of all I have to admit that customer service and delivery was fabulous!!! Me and my husband visited Home Design Outlet center in Skokie to purchase 2 bathroom cabinets. They have help us to choose the right size, design and color. Being them in stock!!!!!, was another applause to them. We have received our cabinets in less than 36 hours in mint condition. Highly recommend..

I am one of those people that review everything before going somewhere or buying something . Some of the reviews weren't good but anywhere you go you will have some bad and good. I know we can't believe everything because sometimes it is the customer's fault. Some crazy people out there.Fortunately, this place has almost five stars for all there locations and now I know why. Good service to the end and great product. And I found this place from word of mouth! Will recommend to all my clients and friends/fam. Everything was perfect!

When I ordered my vanity on a Wed, it did not get shipped until the following Monday because apparently there were computer issues. When I received my vanity on the following Wed, it was damaged and had to be sent back. Currently waiting on a new one while my contractor gets paid for nothing... disappointed as the freight carrier states they did not damage it. Had to give at least one star... would have given no stars.

It was a pleasure dealing with Oznur Ercan. Being a previous customer we knew were to go for quality merchandise.
