Vanity is nice but showed up damaged (bottom right corner) and driver refused to take it back. Caulk job on vanity sinks was not up to par, gaps and holes everywhere. Not what I expected from the product or delivery service. I will not buy through home design outlet center again.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, ANOTHER COMPANY MAY COST YOU A LITTLE MORE BUT YOU WILL SAVE IN THE LONG RUN. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT GET SATISFACTION THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hello Dee, Thank you for your feedback about your experience with our company. Your thoughts and input are very important to us. We are truly sorry that your satisfaction was not 100%. The issue you had with your vanity was caused by freight damage and not an inferior product. Unfortunately, the delivery was signed clear and the damage was not reported to our customer service within the policy guidelines that is stated in our terms, so we could not accept a return or claim damage with the freight company. Despite the fact that customer service was not informed of the damage within the damage return policy, we did offer monetary compensation for the damaged top, in which you accepted. We take pride in our products’ quality and want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the event that the damage is not reported on timely manner, company policy limits us as to what we can offer as a compensation. Once again, we are sorry that you are not fully satisfied. Please feel free to contact us at 201-531-0502 if you wish to discuss this matter further. - Home Design Outlet Center

What a disappointment this experience has been. I purchased a vanity and sink on April 18 which the website indicated was "in stock" and ready for shipment. I received a note that the item was "out of stock" and it would be shipped directly from the manufacturer the first week of May. The first week of May came and went with no updates. Two additional emails to customer service received no response. It is now one month since I ordered the product which was expected within days. The customer service is disappointing. Another disappointment in the 21st century. Edit: June 18, 2018 I contacted customer service on June 6 to discuss, as was asked of me, to contact them to rectify the situation. I spoke to a very nice customer service representative who took down all of my information and told me I would be contacted that day by someone to make the situation right. It has now been 10 days and I have received no other communication. This is 2 months after the original order, which was supposed to be delivered with in one week of the order. Once again, an incredible disappointment. I cannot recommend this vendor based on their customer service record with me.

I will never order from this company again. This has been a nightmare. I ordered my vanity online on 9/26 and the website said I would get it 10/6. I called the customer service line on 10/2 to find out where the order was and was told it had just shipped from California the previous Friday. When I asked about cancelling the order since it would not going to arrive on 10/6, I was told I would be charged $271.00 for shipping. I called back customer service on 10/6 to find out where the order was and was told I have to call the freight company to schedule shipping. Unbelievable. My receipt doesn't say anything about having to contact the freight company. The vanity is now supposed to come on 10/11. Let's see what happens.

I have been trying to get information about status of order--if it has shipped or when is will ship for 5 days. I have done online chat, emailed & called only to have to leave a message. No reply--very poor customer service

Thank you for your review. We are sorry we could not meet your time requirement. This is not the standard of service our customers have come to expect from us. The vanity you purchased was stocked in FL and it takes, 5-7 business days in transit after it ships. Although we have certain agreements with the carriers, we have no control over their operation. Please contact us at 201-531-0502, we would like to make up for your disappointment. Home Design Outlet Center

Update: The vanities I ordered were supposed to be solid birch wood and veneer. My husband who is a contractor says the vanities are molded plastic. Not satisfied at all. I was looking for 2 vanities with a matching linen tower for my MBA. When I went to order the ones I wanted, they were showing out of stock online. I called and was told they would be in by the middle of the month. They were still showing out of stock online at the end of July, so I ordered another style. I received a call that the ones I ordered were discontinued and unavailable. When I asked about the original ones I wanted, I was told they were in-stock. But, they were still showing out of stock online. The representative called their warehouse and made sure they were available. She changed my order and shipped the vanities and linen tower out promptly. I would give them 5 stars if it was not for their system showing the items were not available and they were; and for the other vanities being available online when they were actually discontinued.

Dear Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback. Per your concern about the construction of our vanities, most of them including the set you have purchased are all wood with the veneer. Outside of the vanities are veneered to prevent water damage. The smooth feel on the vanity can be deceiving, however we stand behind our products and would like to make things right for you. We also forwarded your feedback to data specialist to avert. If you would like to discuss further please call us at 201-531-0502. Home Design Outlet Center

When I ordered my vanity on a Wed, it did not get shipped until the following Monday because apparently there were computer issues. When I received my vanity on the following Wed, it was damaged and had to be sent back. Currently waiting on a new one while my contractor gets paid for nothing... disappointed as the freight carrier states they did not damage it. Had to give at least one star... would have given no stars.
