I inquired about gutter cleaning through Home Advisor and Homecraft contacted me to set up a free inspection and demo for their gutter guards. Nathan, the sales rep came over to inspect my gutters, introduce me to the company, give me the estimate (for which I had a little "sticker shock" due to the cost of steel these days!) and explain the process. He was polite and professional and demonstrated how Homecraft's product is superior to their competetor's. He offered some generous discounts for assisting with marketing and a teacher discount. The original quote was good for one year, but the discounts were only available the day he visited, so I decided to hire them because the cost was much more reasonable. The crew came out the next day and finished the job within 2 hours. It went smoothly and they seemed to do everything they promised. They showed me pictures of the gutters after they were cleaned and after the guard was installed. They were courteous and professional. Sarah from customer service called the following day to see how it went and make sure I was happy. Nathan had also called the afternoon after the job was done. It's nice they are following up with courteous calls to be sure there were no issues. I shouldn't have to worry about ever cleaning my gutters again and because of that, the guard will pay for itself within two years. I feel good knowing the product is backed by a lifetime warranty, and if any issues arise, I feel they will be promptly taken care of.
