Nice presentation but poor customer…
Nice presentation but poor customer service. Guards were installed under the shingle making them curl up and voiding my roof warranty. Installed at such an angle that rain water runs over and look terrible from the street. Heavy winds blow one guard partially out. Question whether gutters were ever cleaned before install. Had to clean because they were not draining properly.

Mr. Long there is a warranty for your gutter system, I do not see that you have called into our service department. We will have the service manager reach out to further assist you.
