SARAH, The sales person, Malick, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The install team was fast and did everything that I wanted. A very pleasant experience. Plus they cleaned up afterwards. The only thing I thought that might have the project go better is that if both installers knew English. But still I am very happy with the job.

This review opportunity is being provided by Sarah from HomeCraft customer service about our recent experience in purchasing guttering and covers. The 4star rating is a bit low, but nobody is perfect! We started out getting several bids to replace guttering and coverings and after being presented with Homecraft product and pricing, we immediately signed a contract. The installers were hard working and meticulous and we couldn't be happier.

I was pleased at how quickly I went from signing a contract to having the work completed. The salesperson, Christian was great, very personable and professional. The team of Everette and Kenneth who did the install did a wonderful job! Sarah Miller from the Customer Service Department followed up to make sure I was satisfied. All in all a great experience

My every contact with Home Craft was friendly and professional. From the initial visit to my home by salesman Daniel Garcia to the final customer service call from Sarah Miller, my experience was quite satisfactory. The gutter installation crew arrived on time and wasted no time in getting the job done. Rogelio Flores and his assistant did an excellent job and the only sign that they had been on site were new gutters, gutter guards and downspouts with gutter gates on my house. I am very pleased with their work.
