I am very satisfied with the sale of my parents home. I was kept informed through the process. Communications were often and supportive. Closing was done quickly. I am appreciative of the effort given to keep things running smoothly. Even being a distance from the property, it was an easy transaction. Thank you Carly and Craig.

I looked at a property they had for sale in Pottstown, and agreed to their asking price. They had me sign their assignment agreement with a non refundable deposit, and no inspection contingency allowed. I then was asked to sign their agreement of sale(not a PAR agreement) which stated that the property was being sold as is, and owner would make no repairs. It stated that is WAS contingent upon inspections, which was already waived in the assignment. Upon settlement, 2 independent septic inspections were performed and the system needs to be replaced at a cost of about $30,000. I asked Carlyne(the owner's admin assistant located in the Phillipines) to have Greg Yuter(Founder, Home Cash Guys) give me a call and was told that she would be the one to answer all questions. I asked a second time, and was told that he was not going to be reaching out to me. I would have thought the $27,000 wholesale fee that they charged me would have covered a phone call. The seller lied on his seller disclosure, as 2 neighbor's confirmed that the seller was dealing with septic issues for years. The assignment contract and agreement of sale give you absolutely no recourse. Please insist of using standard PA Association of Realtors forms, should you choose to deal with this company. I would highly recommend you to look elsewhere to sell or buy your property.

The Home Cash Guys are so great!! If you want to sell your house in a hurry, definitely call them!! No stress at all!! Everything was done smoothly. Within a few weeks they paid me well for my home. I had gotten married and moved to NY. Wanted to sell my house quickly with no headaches---and these guys were the answer! Didn't even have to be there! Everything was done electronically through email. It was easy!! Thank you, Home Cash Guys!!

Offer was good but everything up till closing was aggravating and stressful. First you have realtors come into the home without notifying us, they leave the door unlocked that anyone can walk in. Their partner or client urinated in the toilet and didn’t have the decency to flush. I was told HCG was buying the property to fix up and sell, then find out after seeing the realtor cards in my home that it was listed in the MLS to be sold as-is. Even the day before settlement I was still lied too. I would not recommend HCG. Probably should have listen to the reviews, but I thought since I know who the owner is it would be different.

Very polite and helpful sales associates, fast response. There were some glitches at settlement but the team worked through them to the satisfaction of everyone.
