We had a great experience with the Home Cash Guys Team! The property was in bad shape and we need to sell it quickly. Greg came in with a fair offer that allowed us to sell it "as-is". Thank Greg, Tyler, Kevin, and everyone in the back office at Home Cash Guys!

Tyler and the Home Cash Guys are incredibly professional, fair, and gracious. I could not recommend this company more! Working with them was effortless and it’s clear that it’s not just about money with them, they really care about the customer’s wants and needs, and that is invaluable. Incredible integrity. I would give them a ten out of ten, and recommend over any other cash home buyer!

Home Cash Guys were easy to work with and walked you through the process from beginning to end. Home Cash Guys team from Tyler to Kevin, right down to Carlyne and the title company were helpful and very nice to deal with. We have already recommended them to a friend of ours and would recommend them again. Thank you so much! We appreciate you making what was a difficult chapter in our lives to close, as easy as possible. Frank and Lisa G. South Philly PA.

Their initial offer for my home was low but considered by my family. Then THEY texted me several weeks later and lowered their offer by $10,000. When I replied “lower than last time” their agent replied with a rudely worded text. Especially considering that my family and I are already facing foreclosure. Would NOT recommend them. Their entire approach seems predatory- as if they’re doing us a favor. THEY are the ones who stand to profit upon resale.
