If I could give Homebox a 0 I would. Made the mistake of accidentally ordering off them via Noon again. Confirmed the delivery 3 times but still they don't show up.

Die wollen nur für Preisangaben Vorname Nachname und sogar email haben ohne die Info werden keine Mietpreise gegeben. Ich halte das für datenklau

Worst service ever they gave me three appointments for delivery and they didn't deliver the item and after complaining they came and didn't know how to fix my item please avoid this buying from them

Very bad quality furniture and extremely unprofessional staff with no ability how to communicate for any query.

They can not manage warehouse and derivery date. I bought sofa and they scheduled 8 of Jan morning. But they didn't deliver, they didn't call. I called customer center, she said it's not our problem. They said the problem is from warehouse. The warehouse is not home box? I can not understand what is she saying. Even home box staff called me last Friday to confirm delivery time and date. She said 8th of Jan morning. What is this. Delay is ok, but I'm tired about their lie and excuse. They have bad system.

The worst customer service ever, I called them so many times requesting to install the chairs. They didn’t do anything and they didn’t follow up I have requested to get the customer service manager email or number, they refused to give it to me and they were very impolite specially a guy called Khalid he was very rude. It’s been 7 days and they didn’t do anything

I order full bed room set to be delivered to 3 rd Jan 2024 Home box the worst experience the bigning of the year deliver timing was 10 am to 2 pm but no one inform or call I had to call them and ask the where is my item any the person who answer his name is Abdullah the worst customer service giver he inform me he don’t know when my item to deliver cause one of the item is missing. So I have to wait for another delivery but he don’t even now when to be .

Minus minus is the rate for HOMEBOX!!! First, they delivered damaged nightstand. When I asked them for replacement, they said it’s “usage-related” (mesning I scratched the product) and won’t be able to replace it🤦🏻‍♀️ plus it took them 2 weeks to reply. Second, we got the matress as well. After only one month of usage, it’s ruined. They even sent their technicians to confirm, they did, still no action taken from homebox! Very disappointed. Truly unprofessional/rude staff, lack of knowlegde and ot top extremely low products quality!
