If possible i will give zero star. The delivery will said they cannot contact you. No call or sms or watsup massage and when you will reschedule the delivery its takes another 4-5days. This is Crap. This will be my last order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a mattress 3 weeks ago and the only option for a delivery date was 2 weeks away, We booked this first available date and this was scheduled. We received a message to say our mattress would be delivered between 10:00 - 14:00, I waited at home all day and nothing arrived, Upon contacting their customer service team I was told there had been an issue and they will email me with the new delivery date. I have guests arriving this week and currently they have nothing to sleep on. I have tried to contact homebox only to have the whatsapp conversation ended mid way through over 5 times again with no solution. My partner called them and they said they would call him back, he said please just cancel the order and refund so we can order elsewhere as they cannot give us a new delivery date. They advised they can't refund. So now they have our money, Are not responding to our requests for delivery date confirmation and we are without an item and are being forced to spend another 1000 elsewhere. Absolutely awful customer service and I will never order from this company again. I eagerly wait for their response as I need to get my money back.

e most horrible experience with home box , I ordered TV unit dark brown , which was supposed to be delivered after 1 week of waiting period. Now they delivered wrong product. After asking them for the tv unit I ordered, the customer care have no clue. They keep apologizing without giving me a definite period of when it will get delivered. They don’t even have authority to check where the product is and when it will be delivered. Now they are not even returning my money and not sending the product. It feels helpless to have such pathetic customer service and big names like Landmark group which eats there customer money and don’t even bother to send the product or return there money back. very poor customer service, once you buy from them they do not update and will leave you hanging. promise to deliver the next day, but let you wait, delivery guys have no update either. WhatsApp / Call and email very poor
