I waited 8 days for a King size bed I ordered on Homebox app, & when their delivery team turned up they started misbehaving. They were highly unprofessional people who left the item unattended & unassembled and that too without taking the receiving from me. I told them that I have installed the new flooring in my bedroom so when you are fixing the bed please be careful, to which they said they are not responsible for anything. I was on an official call & asked them to wait for 2 min until I come back to which they said they cant wait. They raised their voice on me after which they left the item without fixing. When I raised the complaint with Homebox customer service team, they were unable to resolve this issue, in my opinion Homebox customer service team are good for nothing, especially agents like Hassan, Anas & Joanna. It was only Marha who promised that the new fixing team will come tomorrow to fix my bed but lets see if she is able to honor her commitment or not. All the time, I kept on asking to speak to their manager but their customer service were persistent of not putting their manager on the phone. An absolute NO for future purchases. NOT AT RECOMMENDED. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD HAVED RATED NEGATIVE FOR HOME BOX!!!!

Can I put a negative rating? They have delivered just last Monday our dining and sofa set. Here's what I've experienced: 1. 1 of the chairs was damaged, we haven't noticed at the time but after an hour or two, we realised there was a huge scratch in the chair. I've reported this and until now no one is calling me back about replacing the item. 2. They forgot to bring the other part of the center table. The delivery guy told us they will come back the next day but they did not. I called customer service and told them to call me for scheduling because it's not everyday that there are people in the apartment, we're all working. They called me today telling me they're on their way. I called the customer service and they told me to reschedule, it will take again another week. Ridiculous!!! Considering it was their mistake ;(((

للاسف تحربة لا تكرر من اسوء الشركات اللي تعاملت معاها zero customer service الاوردر اخد ١٢ يوم وصل بدون فاتورة وبدون اي ورقة توقع انك انت اللي استلمت الاوردر ولما اتصلت ان في خطأ بالsize بدي بدل بس ماحدش بيرد بقلولك البوليسي هيك يا اخي وين البوليسي مكتوبة مافي فاتورة ولا استلام حتى البقالة بيدوك فاتورة لو اشتريت شي بدي بدل سايز بس ماخدا بيرد حافظين مش فاهمين بيردو عليكي نفس الجملة البوليسي يعني كان اخبط راسك بالحيط مافيك تعمل شي مابنصح اي حدا يتعامل مع هيك شركة ضعيفة

Guys stay away from this company, they make you pay then the start to play hunky punky business with you, its been a week am waiting for my bed and their customer service is the worse no solution whats so ever. it was a mistake and i learned from my lesson.

I had a very bad experience with Home Box Ajman. I placed and paid for order #29001003977920251123 and received a confirmed delivery time between 4:00–8:00 PM. My family and I fully prepared the house exactly as requested by the delivery team — clearing space, turning on the AC, and staying at home the whole time. I followed up three times during the delivery window, and every time they told me “the team is coming” or “10 minutes only.” After waiting for hours, the final update came at 8:40 PM and they told me that they would not deliver at all. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My whole family stayed home all day, cancelled our plans, and trusted their promises. Instead, we were left waiting with no real communication and no respect for our time. This experience broke my trust completely. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their delivery service and customer communication.

There’s a reason why it’s ‘cheap’ don’t be fooled by the price! Worst customer service ever! Double order made and deducted, delivery date changed without notifying me! No one calls you back, you spend the same amount again following up on calls and messages!! Simple sorry for the inconvenience through email……do frustrating!

Very Unprofessional Assembly Crew from Home Box I ordered a media unit and a 5-door wardrobe from Home Box. I had kept enough space in both the living room and bedroom for installation, but the assembly team insisted that I completely empty the bedroom so they could lay all the panels on the floor. They even said they would take the items back to the warehouse and charge me extra if I didn’t. To avoid paying more, I had to agree — and they ended up using the entire bedroom, living room, and even the open kitchen counter to assemble everything. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional and inconsiderate assembly team. Do customers really have to clear out their entire rooms before getting furniture installed?

Very low quality products, with short lifespan, even there is 2 years warranty, customer service will take time with long procedure to send their technicians to fix the item
