Hi Carmella. How are you today? I hope you are very well. Carmella all your questions were prior reviewed and answered. We always encourage our customers to read our refunds and returns policies. However, there is something we would like to point out because any review left on any platform can be really harmful for our business; and is that we provide the highest quality of any material and if you don't have any knowledge of what a Duvet Cover Set is then that is not a matter that belongs to us as company. But what is relevant and a matter of us is to give you the service that you deserve as customer. You contacted us in order to get a refund from your order. We refunded your money and applied the shipping costs that were associated to your return and the Re-Stocking Fee that is associate and explained in our policies. Once the item was received, the refund was processed and as much we would like to have a better refund and return policy we are not able to offer you FREE ITEMS. At this moment we are not of the size of an E-Commerce such as Amazon or Target that may offer you free returns and offer you to keep the item. If you want free items then this may not be the right place for you since we have clear policies which you accepted once you made the purchase. We hope that anyone can come here and read not only this Awful and disturbing review but the rest of them which are really and unique reviews from People that really know what they are buying. Unfortunately this is what happens when you are not able to read or probably understand the description of an item or read the policies of each company. Have a wonderful weekend.
