Oliver showed up on time. He was able to explain what was wrong with Sub-Zero refrigerator. Gave estimate and left a copy with time estimate for the parts.

We have rental property and it is…
We have rental property and it is difficult to find people that you can trust going into our tenants homes not to mention fixing appliances in a timely manner. Paul was very responsible and called me and kept me up to date on what was happening. Our tenant was very happy and that is priceless. Thank you Paul !!!

Timely Freezer Repair
Instant response from the scheduler/dispatcher. Repairman visited in 2 days. He returned after ordered parts arrived -- on a Saturday! Clear communications from the repairman regarding what needed to be repaired and how long it would take. The icemaker was freezing up; now it works like it is supposed to. Good work!

Freezer repair
Great communication, both when I called and via email. The technician, Pavel, called half an hour before he arrived, and was super professional as well as a delightful person. He promptly solved the problem and, as a bonus, left everything clean. Highly recommend!
