Do not use them. 2 months after using they tried to charge my credit card twice for membership i never signed up for. American Express denied the charges. I called them and asked why are you trying to charge this card. They were trying to steal money for services not rendered.

Their customer service reps and schedulers on the phone were the worst. The gave us time windows for the service tech to arrive and they never did. Then when we called to check in and see if they were still coming they assured us the tech was just late only to learn he would never show. We waited at home on 3 separate days with no tech arrival.

Was quoted a price of $1289 to "Spark Module is malfunctioning and should be replaced maintenance re- wiring" Called Viking who told me the cost would be $500.

Got a membership in 2023, was supposed to come with a free "air conditioner tune up." However, when we called for a very simple air conditioner service (the drain line needed to be cleared) they sent someone out who then told us this would cost $369. Not believing this was possible, since many places advertise this service for under $100, we called in. And they told us that thanks to our "membership" we didn't have to pay $99 for the tech to come out (no one charges that) AND we were getting a discount on a service that was usually $410. After they left we called the company who had installed the unit on the roof 4 years ago. They came out (FOR FREE) cleared the line (FOR FREE) and told us that it was at MOST a $70 job since the drain line was so short. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Scam company. Will spam your info out to others and you'll be deleting unwanted spam texts about home appliance offers until you change your number. You can block the numbers but they keep changing them.

I called what was branded as a local company and setup an appointment to fix a washer and dryer. I was given a special promotion for a reduced site visit fee. Then I received an email for my receipt and a notification that I had signed up for a monthly fee for home protection. THIS WAS NEVER DISCUSSED ON THE PHONE! Never made clear. Just a note in the email that they were happy to have me as a member.

First off I would like to say that the customer service at this location is by far the worst comparing nearby locations. A worker named Nick (young caucasian male, in 20s, works at Alliance Location) was extremely rude, the laziest retail worker I’ve ever met. Instead of making the store a cozy welcoming environment where workers are polite and are always ready to assist a shopper, Nick and other workers had a horrible attitude, even kicking kids out the store who I’m assuming had the intentions of buying a floor mat, as I was a customer in the store while it was happening. The group of kids were not disruptive or distracting, and the workers there deprived them of their shopping experience and ruined there day. I really hope corporate can have a talk with the workers at this location because it’s ridiculous.

I booked an appointment and had a technician come on a Wednesday. The problem was diagnosed, but the part the tech had on him was defective, so he said he'd come the following day in the late morning to fix the issue since it was "just a 30 minute fix." He left my oven half taken apart, so now the oven AND broiler are out of commission, when it was previously just the broiler. The next day comes and when I didn't hear from him at 11 a.m., I called him. He said he'd be at my house between 2 and 3 to fix the problem. I received a text at 1:51 in the afternoon stating that he was sorry but he couldn't come today and that he'd "try" to come tomorrow. I tried to call Home Alliance to make sure I had firm appointment for tomorrow since the text was a little iffy only to find out that I would now need to wait until probably Monday to fix the problem. Given all of the tech's promises and the fact that my oven is now taken apart and not usable, management should've tried to make an effort to get a tech out here but to no avail. Will never book with this company again.
