Home 365 is a terrible property management company. The customer service is unbearable. You can send in request after request and no one will respond to you. They don’t provide updates. They have absolutely no idea what is going with your property. They left a lockbox on front door and refused to have it removed even though they are the ones that placed the lockbox on the door. Do not trust this company with your property.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are NOT a property management company, they are an AI tech company. They have one licensed property manager in Nevada who just gets a paycheck but does ZERO property management. They operate outside the scope of the law. Their employees live and work from other countries. They don’t respond in a timely manner to maintenance requests. They will approve a tear down and send the contractors with no intention of ever rebuilding what they tore down. They don’t offer any sort of rent decrease when you don’t have access to things like your master bedroom, master bathroom, or kitchen for weeks or months.

This experience with Home 365.com was truly and utterly a waste of my time and money. I have never had such a bad experience in my 25 years in the industry. I guess the real estate gods are telling me stick to what has worked for the past 25yrs. Not some AI driven hybrid property management company that has not proven anything substantially long term.

Absolutely abysmal company. I hired Home 365 to try to rent out my Townhome and be a hands off landlord. The onboarding process seemed solid and the services listed seemed promising except for the fact they charge an arm and a leg. Once they have you under contract though they become atrocious. The property was listed for over two months and we barely got a nibble and the applicants they were sending for review were not top tier to say the least. They also consistently pushed Section 8 as an option to increase reach but that would obviously increase my costs for compliance and decrease the perceived value of the property for my neighbors. They also failed to properly list the property in accordance with the ordinances of my municipality which opened me up to liability. I ended up firing them obviously but they try to get you to pay for the entire year of the contract to exit which I am fighting and believe I will be successful with avoiding this egregious exit clause. To conclude I shifted to selling the property with a competent company Baird and Warner to be exact and had an offer over asking within 24 hours. 2 months of work by a team of Home 365 "professionals" was nothing compared to 24 hours of work from a competent agent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Home 365's sales pitch seems too good to be true because it is. If you want to be a landlord do it yourself but do not fall prey to this all inclusive pile of horse dung.

I recently spoke with Ms. Laceine Hartson, who provided the correct email address for delivering the Amendment letter. I have updated our records accordingly to ensure successful delivery, as previous attempts since April were returned as undeliverable. My thanks to Ms. Hartson for her assistance in updating this information.

I started an account with this company, considering using them as a home management source for my rental in Atlanta. i decided to not use them and did not have any involvement with them. Then, 9 months later, they sent me a notice that I owed them $16,986.00 I've opened support tickets with no resolution. This company is a scam, DO NOT USE THEM.
