Closed down our account put reserve on…
Closed down our account put reserve on 38k and never received back, total fraud company. Making excuses to keep payments, which is illegal, by the law they cannot keep more than 180 days but they do it anyways. Need to report them everywhere and make sure nobody use them ever again.

Hi Nerijus, Upon reviewing your account, BlueSnap received a high volume of shopper complaints for non-delivery & lack of response from you. You were also selling from a URL BlueSnap did not approve, so you were not compliant with our Agreement. As a result your account was suspended. Per our Agreement, funds can be held for 6 months to cover refunds & chargebacks, longer if chargebacks continue. You recently received a notice that your account and remaining balance are under review. Due to these circumstances, BlueSnap still cannot process for you at this time. We wish you the best of luck with your business.

Hold Funds As much as they want.
Worst company i've ever dealt with. Put reserve on funds with no reason, just for having few chargebacks. ruined our business we had to close it down because they put reserve for 180 days and closed account so you cannot ever answer disputes or provide proof to win them. Reporting them to BBB. Who had similar experience advise to report them to BBB Total scam and fraud company.

It deserves ZERO starts
It deserves ZERO starts. They became billing vendor for IM CREATOR. They sent me now the second email for a billing failure. No idea what the issue is. My card is good. The first time IMRS looked into it and resolved it although I don't know what they did since I am still using same card. The real issue is that there is no way to get in touch with support. They are NEVER there. You can send email, call and leave a message NO ONE EVER RESPONDS TO YOU. There is no customer service whatsoever. They suck. Not good when there are live websites on the line and you can't get a problem resolved. Advice: if you are dealing with a company that turns their billing over to this clownshow of a company, run the other way. A simple 5 minute call to fix turns into a weeks of aggravation and it is not worth it. So I'm working on using another platform for my websites so I don't have to deal with this idiocy any longer

Wow terrible reviews for this company thank's for all reviewers for your advice, my advice to this company it's not deserving to say his name, because this bad reputation it's shame if you can't handle this business go away and let the big men's like paypal do the job, Hope the law take off this company

Awful customer service and don't waste your time or money
Awful customer service. After 2.5 years, they canceled our account with less than a day notice. It's actually par for the course given past experiences so I wasn't surprised, even if I was very disappointed. Left our business in a lurch. Save yourself headache and heartache - find a different provider to work with.

Je viens de payer avec pour acheter un…
Je viens de payer avec pour acheter un firewall et je dois dire que je ne pense pas que mes données bancaires soient bien traitées et sécurisées. Je pense que ça a dut etre développé en deux semaines vu le mail de confirmation qui ressemble a un spam ou une tentative de fishing. Très mauvaise expérience pour un client.
