The image of the product made it seem 3D and we got a flimsy piece of metal in the mail. If we put the weathervane outside it would break within a day. They also didn’t finish cutting out the metal and there is a random piece of white metal left. Very disappointed for how much money was spent and only managed to get a partial refund.

The ad was nothing like what I received after waiting weeks. It was a horribly made pillow. The image was weird with stitch and eyes spread out. Not even good pillow material. It was supposed to be a stuffed stitch. It was awful. Even the colors were dull.

False advertisement it was supposed to be a real stuffed animal that you can show off so y’all need to change that that picture. Don’t order from them. I was mad as hell.

I thought it was going to be a nice graduation pillow turns out it was not made good. My daughter was who did stitch bad. NO GOOD

The pillow doesn't look anything like the one on the website. It is flat and looks cheap. I will not purchase again.

The item ordered (a graduation gift) was completely misprinted a d the stuffing and stitching off and hanging loose. When reported with photos, they offered to give me a 20% refund on the item that cannot be given as a gift.

Product was fine but, if i haven't been stupid and ordered for the WRONG model phone (totally my fault), it would have very good.

This company sucks! I ordered a personalized gift as a graduation present and never received it. I received several emails saying to confirm delivery address, which was 100% correct and I still confirmed it. After receiving 4 emails to confirm address, which I did every time, I then received an email stating my product will be returned to sender. This was extremely upsetting because not only was the address correct, I never once received a call from the delivery driver to even inquire about delivery location. Now I am going back and forth trying to get a refund and they are making it hard as well. Very poor customer service!
