Terrible customer service. I ordered something and realized when I got the confirmation email that part of the customization was wrong. I informed them within 30 minutes of the order. Their policy states that you can modify an order within 24 hours. After several days, no one had replied, so I sent a second email. They replied to that email saying that I was outside of the 24 hour window. I sent screenshot proof of the original email and it being within 30 minutes of the order. They then replied saying “we can not change your address because it’s already been shipped”. This is one of the most incompetent customer service teams I have experienced in a long time. I also asked for a refund if they could not modify the order, and they did not reply to that either. Do not order from here.

The plate I purchased was beautiful. The colors and depiction of my wife and son were wonderful. It made a perfect Mother's Day gift. She will be pleasantly happy to see it.

I ordered a customized sign for my 10 year old granddaughter who has a flock of 65 chickens. She was thrilled with it! It will hang on the outside of the run once we treat with poly so it withstands Ohio weather

I purchased the Stitch Autism Mama keychain. It appears to be 3D on the advertisement. In reality it is a piece of plastic with a sticker. Not worth the price at all.

Didn't know it would come in a glass like look but my wife still loves it it is exactly everything I picked on our images and we especially like that we was able to put our names on them

Advertised as appearing to be 3D but is not. Basically looks like a picture under a piece of half inch acrylic. Definitely not worth the price
