I never received my wife’s Mother’s Day gift the lion plaque. I’ve tried working with customer service but got no support. I wasn’t able to be reimbursed or receive my purchase. If this is the level of customer service you provide. I highly recommend no purchase here!

It is may 26th 25, I still have not received my gift. Still has not cleared customs. It was a mother's day gift I bought in April still have not gotten it.

I ordered my item for mothers day and its now may 24th and i still have not received it. I have reached out to homacus and have basically been told tough s*#¥ you get when you get it. I will never purchase from this company again!

I ordered the nightmare before Christmas Mother’s Day acrylic stand for my mom and she loved it! Came in one piece, no damage, and on time. Totally worth it.

While the gift was perfect, I wasn’t aware it was coming from overseas. I’d give 5 stars except the time of shipping and how the package tracker said it was in Los Angeles for almost two weeks without movement. I question its accuracy. Shipment also arrived way later than projected.
