I ordered my Mother’s Day present on May 1st, I figured might be close to Mother’s Day before I got it. Contacted customer service because it still hadn’t arrived yet and it was after the May 15th. They apologized for the delay and said they would refund the shipping cost. I never got the refund and the Mother’s Day present didn’t get to me until the week of the 21st. Unfortunately I had shown my wife a picture of what I ordered, because it took so long to arrive, I just told her it was the thought that counted 😠

Mothers Day Gift I almost never write a review but after receiving an email to review my product purchase (I still haven’t received to date) it upset me all over again. After receiving an ad on social media I decided to (stupidly on my part) make a purchase from their site. I usually never would do something like that but Mothers Day was a ways out and figured it would be a cool gift to take with us on our trip. Mind you I ordered this with about 3-4 weeks before Mothers Day. Should be plenty of time to receive the item regardless of origin. However it is now the beginning of June and I still haven’t received the item I ordered and paid for. It’s been 6 weeks so far and I still have 0 estimate when it will get here. I would like to say I did get an item after Mothers Day that was a some 4XL men’s boxers with some random lady’s face printed on them. That was super interesting to explain to my wife what those were and where they came from. I reached out raising the concern about getting the wrong item and asked from rush shipping… this was 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. This has been the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had and can guarantee I’ll never buy another thing from them. This is why people buy Amazon and Etsy.. because stuff like this. They asked for my review you got it. I will likely submit another one once I actually get the item. I would not advise to buy anything from them and would’ve gave a zero if it would've let me. If you decide to purchase from them have low standards, no timeline and no expectations and this will be a great place for you to buy from.

Very cool gift my fiance loves it

Bought the Horror Mom Michael Myers and had it shipped to my daughter. She loves it. Shipping took quite a while. But was great once it arrived

Took for ever to arrive about a month. In the picture it’s looks like a figurine and of ceramic but what you get is a flat piece of acrylic with a sticker on the back. Not worth the money sent on it. It looks ok but nothing like I was expecting. Will not be ordering anything from them again.

It ia amazing work and the delivery was a little late and they even offered 20% off because of it. I was very surprised. Very professional

I ordered an acrylic plaque for my wife for mother's day from my children. It looked exactly like it did online. My wife opened it and cried. My expectations were met and then some.
