When I purchased this ornament, it actually made me believe that it was a 3-D Christmas ornament. It looks so cute and amazing that I was actually willing to spend a little extra to get the bigger one because I thought it was absolutely adorable however when it got to my house, it turned out to be just a little flat piece of plastic with a picture on it. The ad on Facebook was extremely deceptive and actually made it look like a 3-D ornament and it was not. I feel pretty duped on this purchase and especially since I upgraded and bought the bigger one. I was hoping to hang it on my tree and now it’s just gonna sit in a drawer and a waste of $30.

Everything was fine except one of the names was put on the tractor backwards.

I was really excited when I saw the advertisement The ad made the piece look 3 d and really cute The actual piece is just a FLAT printed image NOT what was represented So I’m sorry I bought this

I was extremely upset with what I received. Based on the pictures and price, I really expected a 3D ornament of high quality. I thought I'd be receiving a "Hallmark type" of ornament, especially with it being $28. But the flat, 2 dimensional object I received was not of high quality. Even the string provided was very cheap, and not even sure if it has the strength to hold this acrylic ornament. And I agree with everyone else, the overseas delivery process took a month. Had it been a nice ornament, I guess ordering a couple months in advance was the correct thing to do.

Ads lead you to believe it a 3D ornament when in fact it is flat. It was still cute but not what is shown in the ads. Kinda false advertising!

The item was not a figure of the grinch just a flat plastic ornament. Very deceiving and we were very disappointed ☹️

The ornament was not at all what the advertisement looks like. Kinda like the fiction girls with all the filters. It’s still gonna be ok for what I got it for but would not have bought if I had known how cheap it looks. The people I’m gifting it to don’t know how much I paid.

They advertise it like it's a 3D ornament. It's not!!! It's a cheap sticker on plexiglass. Deceptive marketing at its best. Be warned.
