Took over a month for item to arrive. Ornament looks cheap. Not worth the price.

Ordered the gift about 45 days before Christmas. About one week prior I got an email from USPS saying it would not be delivered due to counterfeit postage. I reached out and they offered me a 15% discount and would re-ship with real postage...and that though it will come after Christmas my loved one would cherish this gift. What a joke. Avoid these Chinese scam artists at all costs.

Disappointed that it came AFTER Christmas. When I finally got it one of the names were misspelled. I cannot gift it as it is now. Very cheaply done. Can I get my money back?

The picture is what I thought I was getting. How ever I’m disappointed in it was a cheap looking pillow. Not worth the 40 dollars I spent on it. Now if it was a stuffed pillow like it was pictured, I would have love it. Very disappointed in the product, it’s very deceiving with the picture that it advertised. When ordering. I ordered a custom Christmas ornament. I watched the tracking as provided in an email, after several days, there was a message that the package was confiscated by the USPS for counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. Do not waste your money on the scam company.

Honestly, I definitely would rate it 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that I waited nearly a month to receive it, never the less, it did come before Christmas and I absolutely love it. It’s exactly as advertised.

I haven't received it yet and it's been almost a month

Ordered a product from the that was totally misleading. Product shown and advertised was nothing even close to the product I received. If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst product I’ve ever received from any website ever. Save you money but from anyone else.
