The “rug” is just a piece of material. It’s cute but definitely cannot be used as a rug. I didn’t catch when ordering that it was an oversees order and therefore would take over a month to arrive- my bad. Would not recommend

the item is very cute but as i had e mailed you it looks faded in color , and not worth the money. I don't know how to send pixs thru e mail as you requested. So I guess I have to live with it

Ordered the Disney castle with balloons. The item is "okay" at best. It is flat acrylic cut-out and the balloons area does not look like the picture. It has a large area of acrylic around each one. Think of using a cookie cutter to make the basic outline and then filling in the decorated area leaving a 1/4" or more all around the decorated area. The colors are faded and names hard to read. The item took almost a month to get here. I would not order again.

I like the ornaments...its different but everyone that seen it was like Wow but I did tell everyone..it will take 30 to 50 days to get it...it like 46 days but I got them...it was worth the wait...thank yall

I love getting these personalized ornaments each year. So when I saw these funny ones with disney characters I knew my wife would love it. Came out great would order again.

Still haven’t gotten it. Over 45 days. Ordered a Christmas ornament and it still hasn’t arrived. Have received two requests to review a product I still haven’t gotten. If you want it for Christmas you better order by sept 1 and HOPE you get it.

Never received the ornament and have not been given a refund. First I have heard from this scam is leave us a review. I should have investigated them before ordering. My fault.

Currently have still not received the item. This order was placed Black Friday. Customer service keeps asking to make it right but no item has arrived. I will update my rating of it comes through. I am afraid I have been scammed. The shipping noted counterfeit postage issue. 😞
