I purchased the retro mug. It did not look like anything in the picture from which I ordered. I thought all the decoration on it would be raised like how it seems in the picture, but it was not. It was all flat and to pay $40 for a mug like that was not worth it

I just put 4 Star because it takes a long time to received it. It's very cute and I love it! The Material is Polyester and not thick which is good for my hubby, cuz he gets hot easily. I got the Beauty and the Beast for us. I just got it today, and Im very happy with it! Its perfect for Valentine's Day, tom!🥰

I was very disappointed in the items I received. They were sloppily drawn and for the cost of the items it was not worth it. I would not buy these again and I would not recommend them

A lot smaller than pictured! For the price it is not worth it! It will be given as a gift.

Pillows are not as good as expected. Website makes them look better. I will not order more.

Hello Chris Unfortunately I have a situation with you guys in regards about an item 02NALU161225 is been almost 2 months to get the right item, the first one was only a piece of tiny wood, which I supposedly to peel off something according with you guys ( that was nothing to peel off obviously) so I requested my money back, so we get to the point of to resend another and replace the wrong one and refund 15% money back, now I just received the second one with a picture on one side and damages on the corners and is no way to peel off what ever you guys said, so you guys is been shipping me the wrong item? At this point I just want definitely my money back the whole amount that I paid for. William

I strongly advise against purchasing products from this company. Their mug designs are misleading and inaccurate. They appear to be three-dimensional, but they are actually one-dimensional and poorly crafted.

This item was not what I expected and took a long time to get since coming from overseas
