Quick shipping info provided from the US via UPS with a good delivery time. I received my order in time before an event and was able to set it up and learn the app. I emailed customer service with some general questions and they had a quick response time.

Rhea was very patient and read my long winded emails regarding my implementation issues as well as other questions regarding the fan. There were a few iterations of questions and she answered all of them quickly so I could get the fan up and running with the features I needed. Great support from her and I would ask for her again if I need more support in the future

Customer service is highly responsive. Many companies drop the ball after the sale is made, or for any follow-ups, but Holofan is different. I had a fantastic experience from customer service agent Rhea, who answered all my questions, and addressed my specific requirements and kept me in the loop. I ordered a HOLOFAN® HDMI - 3D Hologram Fan (39.4 INCH) for a Beverage Expo that we will be exhibiting at. We wanted to be able to showcase some of our beautiful visuals and stand out among the crowd. There were significant delays in shipping and I was concerned that we wouldn't have time to try the fan and get our presentation dialed before hand. I reached out to customer service to inquire. Rhea L. responded to my inquiry and was extremely responsive, courteous, and so very helpful. Rhea connected us with all the right people and made sure that our shipment was expedited so we didn't miss our deadline. I am very grateful for all the help!

Ordering was really simple and shipping was fast. Received the tracking information in a reasonable amount of time. Our package arrived as promised and in perfect condition. Setup is really easy and fun to work with. Wish the fan and the internet could be connected at the same time but this is not a limitation of the fan. I am looking forward to learning how to make new shows for this fan and see the results at our next event.

I reached out to their sales team via their website and was greeted by Joseph, their sales manager. Response times from their team was quick and professional, as we were able to schedule a meeting to efficiently identify which product my business needed. I own a music and lighting business and I ended up purchasing a couple of the 25.6" HDMI fans that were delivered in about 7 days. I was hesitant at first after looking at these reviews, but after reaching out directly I am extremely satisfied with the products and services provided.
