HolidaycartllcReviews of holidaycartllc.com

Stay away from these shameless scammers, the ticket will never arrive and very manipulative, you won't get your refund from these. They use low prices as a bait and will tell the prices have gone up, by close to 100% within a few days.

Scam alert, you will pay money and not get a ticket, this is nothing but a scam. A man comes on the phone shouting at you telling you that you should have read the terms and conditions, why the hell are these people operating, it's another indian scam call centre, you can hear people asking for money in the background.

Avoid like the plague. I booked 2 tickets with them and received email confirmation of the booking. A day later I had a phonecall from one of their agents informing me there was an issue with my booking. It seemed that despite taking my money and confirming the booking, the flights were no longer available at the same price. That if I wanted to keep the same flight it'd cost me £1540. I told them to do one... I'd only accept either the flight I booked or a full refund. I was then told as it's a discounted economy ticket no refunds are allowed, which is odd as they failed to book my ticket. I was also told that my flight didn't include any luggage at all, this is despite me sharing a screenshot of the booking process which showed 1 piece of checked luggage included in the flight. I then contacted the airline directly, and they informed me that no reservation had been made on my name. The airline also informed me, that they don't allow passengers without luggage to fly. I contacted holiday art again and confronted them with this. Their rep tried to get me to pay extra money again to keep the same booking. I refused and he agreed to refund me my money within 3 days and send me confirmation of the cancellation within 24hours... Neither of this things happened. I contacted holidaycart, and once again I was told I couldn't cancel and would have to pay extra money to keep the same flight. I once again refused and told them I'd be reporting it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank and making a chargeback on the transaction. Shortly after I got the transaction cancelled.

Total Scam – Do Not Book with This Company!!! I strongly advise against using this company to book any flights. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and appears to be a blatant scam. After receiving a booking confirmation, I expected my tickets would follow. Instead, the company held my payment without issuing any tickets and then bombarded me with calls and emails claiming that the flights were no longer available unless I paid additional fees – thousands of dollars more than the original price. Even after paying these extra charges, no tickets were ever provided, leaving me stranded and out of pocket. The company seems to be exploiting customers by holding their money until the intended departure day and never actually providing the services promised. I have since reported this incident to the cyber police and advise others to be wary of this fraudulent business. Stay away to avoid a similar, stressful experience.

A whole of bullshit! Never trust this company at all! It is a scam and has been going around for ages, as I found out by doing some in depth research about them. They say your flight is not operational and then ask you for more money, this is something everyone should be aware of as they continue to do it. Please stay away and please do your research before making a purchase. Thanks.

I booked a ticket for $1175.05 and received my confirmation but was contacted within an hour to be told that the ticket was only on standby and that the actual cost would be an additional +700.00 for the same flight. It's a total scam, and I was told that I could only receive a refund of my payment if I agreed to pay them $175.00 cancellation fee. Beware of these people, please do not end up like me.

This company is not selling any flight tickets or holiday package. please don't buy from here. I bought a qatar airways tickets, after I paid money they told me i have to wait for the tickets 48 hours to get airlines confirmation with tickets, If don't get that until 48 hours I will get my money back. I din't received, then I called them again, call forwared to call center india, customer service women was so rude, she start to told me off because I paid £800 for that tickets which is 100 pounds less than it shoud be. And she threatened me that she is not going to refund that money. Then i called my bank to blocked that payment. After 7 days strugle they send apology email and refund my money. I spent more than 10 hours on the phone and email to get refund.
