Dear Mrs Adriana Gomez, Thank you for sharing your details. Upon reviewing all your details we did managed to find your booking. On the last communication on which our escalation desk was about to seek the approval from our team about the refund that was requested however we did not received any final go ahead from your end. At the same time we received a note from the Bank that the transaction was already cancelled and same has been refunded.
