Have just booked a hotel/cruise to Japan in February 2028. Lisa was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Hotels and flights can't be booked until April 2027 but I am confident that Lisa will handle it competently.

Holiday2 offered a very interesting and varied package with an itinerary which included an ultra luxury cruise and varied land elements, all at a very competitive price. We were very fortunate in having Betul as our travel consultant who was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She made the booking process extremely easy and offered personal experience based advice on stateroom and hotel selection etc. There was no delay in any of the reservations for flights and everything was confirmed immediately. All together excellent service. Thank you Betul.

We haven’t even started our holiday yet, that’s not until 2028! But I wanted to say what a pleasure it was to talk to Paul of Holiday 2.com . We were sorting our holiday to Japan on the Oceania Riveria ship , with extra days in Tokyo and Seoul . Paul definitely made it effortless and he will be our point of contact going forward. If the holiday is as good as Paul told us it will be then this will be a fantastic experience. I’ll post more when this holiday has been completed.

I booked a holiday for myself and my wife. Having paid in full I had to cancel at a late stage because my wife had an unforseen accident .The company and the consultant, Mr Imran Sikadur were very efficient and have organised an additional holiday for later in the year. plus an extra holiday for next year, which is with the original company and minimised my losses for late cancellation. i have been delighted with the service.

From my initial phone call to discuss the holiday, through managing payments and documents to arranging assistance at airports, all the staff have been helpful and courteous. I'll offer special thanks to Kate, who went out of her way to check that we had everything we needed. Great customer service.
