This is really about a guy called Paul Spencer who works on the sales team at Holiday 2. I had alrady booked a cruise with them and not having much luck or feedback from the custoler relations team, so thought i would try the sales team and struck lucky with Paul. Despite losing potential sales, he listened patiently to my complaint and issues, explained some of the causes, provided contact details and how to progress my case to ensure I got the right result and throughout it all remained utterly charming and very helpful. so much so that instead of penning an official complaint regarding holiday 2 customer care, here I am writing a good review of the service Paul provided. I will certainly seek to use him again for any future bookings - thanks Paul.

Jordan was exceptional with his knowledge and patience. Admin was a bit slow but when details did arrive they were comprehensive. So far so good.

I rang Holiday2 having see a cruise and stay offer, with a list of questions, all of which were readily answered by Jordan, who I found to be very helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly, not at all pushy, such that I didn’t feel in any way pressured to close a deal. The London flights on offer were easily changed to suit our regional airports (MAN out LBA back) and an extra night’s stay added to our cruise departure, and all without busting the budget. Though I was given the welcome opportunity to go away and think about it, I nevertheless felt confident enough to book there and then. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant booking.
