Great service, and they have a couple of lounges to wait while your car is serviced. I had wheels and snow tires installed on my car, and everything worked out great. I went back a couple days later to get the wheels re-torqued (per manufacturer recommendation), and they took care of me and had me on my way in less than 5 min. I have used Hogan tire for a few sets of tires, and they have never disappointed!

had a 2PM appointment for a change-over to snow tires and wasn't seen until after 3PM and not done until 5PM. I realize they were extremely busy, really busy, and this is the first time coming to Hogan that this has happened. Will come back.

Great service

We put tires on 2 vehicles. The first, no problem; the second, I had to settle for a different tire than I'd ordered. It hadn't come in yet. When I spoke with "Kent," a couple days before coming in, and ended my call by saying something like "Okay, I'll see you on Friday," his response was odd: "Oh, I can't wait." It was sarcastic and I don't know why. I'd done a lot of research on the tires and asked a lot of questions. Probably too many for Kent.

Went in for brakes and tires. Had a great deal going in, but we’re also very professional and courteous. Theywere able to get the job done in a single morning. Very happy with the experience I had

Good job and good price. Was 10 minutes late and they made it seem like they could no longer take me. Life happens, would have liked a more understanding response.
