Amazing service!

they do a nice job, they are honest, take responsibility, don't pressure you to buy things you don't need, and at times have been honest telling us we don't need certain work we assumed we did. Prices sometimes seem high (but car work in general does so maybe more the industry then them). work is usually done well and ontime and when its not they have taken care of the situation well.

We are extremely happy with Hogan Tire and glad we went and purchased tires for our Truck. The staff is very friendly, informative and accommodating, they took us in immediately after calling to repair a tire we picked up a bolt in. The price was great and the work is done well, quickly and we will be going back to have tires put on our car next. Thanks to everyone at Hogan !

I made an appointment to have 4 new tires put on my car. I received a 1:30 appointment and waited unti 3:30 before a technician informed me that I had given them the wrong tire size(my responsibility). At that point I chose another tire and was out by 4:15. It bothers me that you make an appointment and then sit for two hours before they get to my car. I understand how things back up in any business but not to let me know that you are backed up and it will take a substantial amount of time to get to your vehicle. A little honesty would help.

People are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. They do what you ask but also make suggestions on what other matters such as filters you might want to consider. No high pressure. Reasonable costs.
