Was assisted by Mike who was friendly. Got an oil change at a reasonable price. Location had easy parking, place was clean and service was quick. Will be definitely going back for general maintenance.

I called an got an estimate of 30 dollars per tire to mount each tire on a new rim, then put the mounted tire on the car. I also, call another business and was given an estimate of 25 dollars per tire. However, they were too busy at the time I wanted to have the service done. I decided to pay the extra. Once the job was started I was informed that there would additional changes for tire disposal and installing the valve stems in each wheel. I agreed to pay for those items. Just before the job was completed the Manager informed me that I would need to bring the car back in a few days to have the lug nuts checked. I said I could do that myself and declined the service. I was informed that it was not an option the service charge would be added to the bill. At this point I just wanted to get my car back an to get out of there. So, Hogan Tire & Auto Service Manager: Chris Bishop 661 Rogers St. Lowell, MA 01852 will not be getting anymore of my business.

Honest, straighttalk timely service

I go in twice a year to have my 4 snow tires, that I bought there, rotated to the regular tires. This time I find I have to go back a week later to have the oil dipstick replaced because it broke off! Why they were checking the oil I do not know, I didn't ask for them to do it. This caused an unnecessary inconvenience and tied up some valuable Saturday morning time.
