The teacher face masks that I ordered are so thin that they can’t even be used as a face mask. You can see through them. They also won’t offer a return now that I contacted them. Terrible company.

Don't waste your money on these poor quality masks. I ordered the Grinch Ew People masks. They are not 2 x ply as masks should be and almost see through. Also the elastic on the ear straps is very rough and they are a very tight fit. All in all not fit for purpose. I tried to get a refund but they ignored my request and instead offered a reprint which they then tried to bill me for!! Just yet a company trying to cash in on a pandemic with sub standard masks!! Disgraceful!!

Ordered the grinch mask that reads Ew People. However, half the printing is stitched over and cut off. Asked, for a reprint which was done and I received 2 weeks later. However the issue is exactly the same. No refunds are allowed. What kind of people work here that look at this item as they are sewing right over the printing? They do not care about quality or customer satisfaction. Wish I could attach the picture to show how incompetent this company is.

Much like others on here. The mask is rough/ scratchy. The quality is not very good. It appears better on the ad then it does in person. Ordered two - one with black background, one with blue. Received the black one with a faulty strap. The blue one never arrived. I filed a claim and got this - claim denied, items delivered. In my opinion please don’t waste your time or money. Poorly ran business that obviously cannot process an order correctly and won’t stand behind their mistake. I hope they enjoy my $25 for nothing.

Be Kind is a cute mask. But only 1 layer of nylon. I don't feel like this enough protection. Glad I only bought 1.

Masks are made of scratchy nylon and don’t look like they appeared in the ad. Not happy. Threw them out.

I ordered 3 of HLB Teachers Grinch face masks. I received 2 of the 3 ordered and the quality is low and the fabric is not fit for the intended purpose to provide a barrier to prevent the spread of germs. I tried to contact the company by telephone and there is no way to speak with a customer service representative or request a return. I would not recommend these masks to anyone.

I oder the Grinch mask on 7/31/20 they were happy to immediately take my 16.98 out of my bank account haven't heard anything sense, another loser stealing your money.
