I only gave one star because I had to 8n order to leave a review. I have contacted customer service repeatedly to no avail. I received half of my order after 2 months. I am now pushing 4 months and have asked for a refund. I would never recommend this company. They are horrible. In this time in life I can't afford to just throw money away. Do NOT order from them!!

Less than 12hours of placing my order i canceled it. 2 days later I received and email from this company saying they had already processed it so they are unable to refund my money or cancel my order. There isnt a way to contact them directly except and automated ticket system. The last order I placed with them took over 3 weeks to ship. I dont not recommend buying any items from them.

I love the design, but they are only one layer and will not protect anyone.

The rating that I gave is not because of the time it took to get to me. Although I did get an email telling me that it was delayed the day that it should have been mailed. Nice. The rating is because it was shoddy work and not at all what was pictured in the ad. I really wanted the mask I picked out. I had to take the mask apart and make a mask from the material. I would NEVER recommend this company because when I tried to reach someone to speak to them about it I literally was in a never ending “please press #” without ever getting a customer service rep. I want my money back because I sewed my own mask. Really frustrating & poor business practice all the way around.

I’m straining to give you 1 Star. I ordered 3 masks about 8/2, to be delivered in 3-5 days. Two weeks later I contacted and complained. 3 days later I get 1 mask. I filed a claim 8/21. Today I received one more mask, my order is still 1 mask short. The quality of these masks is horrid! A fifth grader could sew them better by hand, plus they are polyester! Now to file another claim for the 3rd mask. This company wasted no time taking their money from our account. Total RIP OFF!

These people are frauds! Save your money.

Hopefully people will read the reviews before purchasing. I didn’t think to and regret my purchase. The images showing online are completely different than what you get. It makes it look like you can see the whole image, but it is not completed the way it shows online when they stitch it. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and I refused to buy any other ones until I got it because I was so excited, only to be disappointed. I wish I had read peoples comments on the Facebook advertisements for it. The printing part is fine, but like I said, the way they stitch it, and I bought a grinch mask, one of the words was completely covered so I had to tear out the stitching. Not to mention the elastic is really tight around your ears so they stick out, and it goes right up to your eyes and it’s hard to keep down. It also sticks right to your face pretty easily so it’s hard to breathe. At first I thought this website was great and creative, but the product is not. If it would let me post a photo to compare what they advertise first is what I got and how it looks nothing like it, I would.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I ordered. I'm glad I only ordered one to see the quality of before I ordered the others I wanted. I ordered the Grinch I wouldn't touch you with a 39.5 foot pole. Fabric is light you can blow through it. The fabric is folded and stitched so all the important parts are covered so when you put it on you see the Grich eyebrows up,neck,arms cant even tell it's the Grinch. The wording is stitched closed on the sides and the way the mask is folded you don't see the full saying. The mask is odd fitting and the elastics for your ears are quite short so it pulls on the backs of your ears. Shipping took 3 weeks which was ok. Don't waste your money.
