Love HLB Teachers. The mask that they make are awesome!!!

I never Received my order, contacted the site they said it was delivered and there was nothing they could do about it since it stated it was delivered. I expected them to at least resend or look into the issue but instead placed the blame on me. Do not order from this company.

They came fast & can't wait to use them..

I love our masks. it took a bit to get them here but come on it was only a couple of weeks. They are adorable ... Well made too. I emailed and had a return email immidatley .

Like others, I purchased two masks but only received one. The only way to complain was to file a claim which denied knowledge of my order number. Bunch of crooks!

Friend bought a teacher t shirt for me. Took months to arrive. Half the letters were not even on the shirt, which was a take off on cat in the hat. I don't understand how someone could even package this after seeing it. No wonder this company has such an awful rating. Don't waste your money on their products.

I ordered 4 masks and the masks were just as described on line - one-layer polyester. The printing is excellent on all four masks and the mask is comfortable, especially when wearing outside in the heat when a mask is required. The original shipping of 3-5 days was extended to 20 days so that worried me at first when I read other reviews but the masks were received prior to the 20 days. One mask was missing and I had EXCELLENT customer service - had to send an email each time and no person by phone but all three times I reached out I received a response within hours. The company was quick to replace the missing mask and I got it quickly. The masks came from 4 different US sites so that was odd but not a problem as I still received three on the same day. I am happy with the masks. The lighter, one-layered, material is fine for when social distancing is possible but a mask is required.

I was very pleased with my order when it came. My son loves his masks and they fit great
