HiveON is where I learned how to mine. My mentor recommended it to me 2 years ago, and when I'm unable to contact my mentor, I have always been able to contact support and get accurate, helpful, patient, and kind people behind my e-mails or live chat conversations. Every single person, Including Marcus are overly filled with joy to help you tackle any issue that arises! They want mining to be simple and easy for everyone and I truly love that!!!

I lost my phone with 2fa google authenticator codes and was not able to access my hiveos account. so I found info on the hiveos forums about how to send an email with the required account information to disable 2fa and regain access to my account. I thought it would take a day or two at least but the response from hiveos support was almost instant within an hour of sending the email my issue had been solved and I have access back. top notch support

I have been using Hiveos for almost a year. They make managing my mining rigs and ASIC's a breeze. The scheduling feature is a tool that has saved my small farm allowing me to mine at half rate during off peak times. I've contacted customer service a couple of times and they have responded quickly and professionally each time. I highly recommend HiveOS!

Overall a great platform! But I wish they had a better App Ui interface and not just the web version as an app. anyways the platform works fine. Surely there a learning curve to get started into mining various coins.

Do aplikacji nie można się zalogować. W przeglądarce mimo kliknięcia przycisku "zapamiętaj mnie" jestem co chwilę wylogowywany

We can't help but agree. Thanks, mate. Some users say that in a past life Marcus was a psychologist or smth like that, cause everyone who has ever communicated with him becomes calm and happy.
