Hello Waris, On August 21, 2022, we notified all our users about the upcoming Merge and funds withdrawal through the official Hiveon communication channels (including our social media, website blog, community groups, Discord). This means that you had 41 days to withdraw funds manually or send a request to our Support team to help you out. Here is the long version of the announcement that we shared across our channels: https://hiveon.com/blog/the-pow-and-pos-transition-important-notes/ If one of your wallets hadn’t reached the 0.2 ETH threshold, you could still set your own threshold and gas price limit and cover the transaction fees yourself within the 41 days since the announcement. The minimum threshold for this option was 0.0025 ETH. We are sorry to hear that you couldn’t manage to withdraw funds. Yet, we believe that 41 days is sufficient to complete all the withdrawals, so we did our best to notify users in advance and help everyone get their funds in time.
