I've had servers with Hivelocity for nearly 5 years now. In that time I've yet to experience a single network drop. We've had a few instances of hardware failing, however the support team is always on top of it quickly and usually has a resolution in less than an hour. I had a problem with a Linux server that I just couldn't solve. I contacted support and they were able to identify the problem. Resolve it and get my services back online with little downtime. This really saved us from a world of trouble. So far hosting with HV has been a great call.

I leased a dedicated server four years ago to move my VMWare-based development environment to the cloud, whilst retaining as much control as I could. I was unfamiliar with their Juniper-based firewall, so I also shipped them a Cisco ASA which they host for me in front of the server. Over the years I have had no problems whatsoever with availability or performance. On the very few occasions I needed support, this was always rapid and friendly.
