I have a single dedicated server with Hivelocity in their NYC1 data center. Since I've started doing business with them, I have had nothing but good things to say. Uptime has been amazing and tickets are responded to very quickly. Support staff has been helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're in the marketing for a dedicated server.

I've been with Hivelocity for more than a decade. I've had several servers of my own, plus I've recommended to many clients, and none of us has ever had any issues. The sales team and support team have been consistently the best in the industry....and I've been in this industry for around 30 years! I don't know how to recommend them any higher, but I would if I could. Thanks Hivelocity for always delivering above and beyond expectations.

As a server admin for & IT service professional for 14 years and as a web developer & marketer for another 16, I have worked with just about every major hosting company out there from Rackspace, GoDaddy to the smaller regional shops. 8 years ago I decided to build my own server and colocate it. After extensive research, I found some online research about Hivelocity's powerful and fast network, then decided to send them my server. I had been a dedicated server client before becoming a colocation customer. In the time that I've been a client, I can say this. They simply have the best tech support I've ever encountered and their datacenter (TPA1) built from the ground up is simply stellar. In the entire time I've used Hivelocity, I've seen a single outage which coincidently was around the time one of the biggest Global DDoS attacks was reported. Their average support ticket response time is 15 minutes which is about 1/4 the time I used to wait for Rackspace support. Always courteous, always fast in helping me resolve any issues. Happy to be approaching the 10-year mark as a client and can't imagine using any other hosting company. Especially now that they have grown to have datacenter locations all around the world!
