Awesome experience

I especially appreciate the very personalized service. In a business like this it is very easy to sign someone up, turn them on, and then make customer support as difficult to obtain as possible. Not the case here. Everyone I have ever dealt with at HiVelocity in our decade of business there has treated me like they really are personally concerned that I am successful in our business objectives. Outstanding!

The support (billing and technical) team have been superb. The team has always provided solutions and understood us with our issues when there was one.

Ever since expanding of datacenters, the quality of support has depreciated. Often too many times you get a response that makes it seem like they did not even read what you said. That was a big reason why I choose Hivelocity a few years ago. While the servers are still great (minus some issues attaching images using IPMI), support has room for improvement. I have faith things will get better as they are constantly working on their systems. Since I have started hosting with them they have implemented an API and modernized their control panel. In the end, Hivelocity is still the best datacenter around but I would just like to see support how it was 2 years ago too.
