So far so good! I do wish that you could adjust the stroke length without taking off the face plate (face plate is an additional purchase and not required), but this thing is obviously well built and well engineered!

Yes, this may be a Chinese product but who cares if the product actually works and the company responds to your concerns. When I contacted them via email, they responded the same day so their customer service is great. The machine looks fantastic and I love the weight of it heavy and sturdy. I see comments talking about their bad experience but this is my first time ordering from them and no problems. I will definitely order more product from them.
