Hismith Official StoreReviews of hismith.com

I ordered on Feb 3. Shipment was delayed due to low flights in response to government lockdowns, coronavirus. I mean it is, what it is. Reached out twice to check on status. After second, Edwin was able to send tracking info. The website never showed that information, until delivery day. Arrived today. Feb 17. They sent a deluxe purple one. Win. Product works so far and I’ve spent the last 3 hours with it. If you are a true large toy connoisseur I will say you might want the extra lube, the torque is not super powerful. Secondly the stroke length might leave you unsatisfied. That is if you are are able to slam down, on Hankey’s toy. Though I’d suggest anyone interested machines, to give it a go before dropping the big bucks on the big machines.

Horrible customer service!! I placed my order weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order to even review, but yet I’m receiving review e-mails. Which is funny because I’ve written 3 e-mails regarding my order, but have yet to get a reply! I have attempted to call Hismith but can’t locate a contact number online. At the moment I feel I’ve been scammed out $600!! *** Update Review** After blasting Hismith in my previous review they immediately responded to all of my e-mails. They explained the delay which was completely understandable. If they would have responded to the first e-mail, all could have been avoided. Anyways onto the product. If you’re looking for high quality, well built, sturdy machine then don’t hesitate and buy from Hismith. It’s strong, powerful, and very quiet. Wife and I have used it several times and it keeps getting better. We’ll see how it holds up over time. I purchased Hismith attachments, but this time from Amazon which arrived in days. Great product and machine however customer service could be better. In the end I’ll definitely order from them again and it was worth the wait.

Sent the wrong color. Customer service responsive. Definitely could do better

My friends told me "What you paid is what you get" and that's true. It's an expensive adult machine but, it worth every penny you spend. I bought so many cheap systems and the total I spend are more than this single Hismith system and I am very disappointed every single of them. I inspected this machine is very well assembled, durable and I believe 90% are metals even the wire controller is metal too. The machine run very quietly in slow speed. Even highest speed the sound are not noticeable from other room or wall. It run very smoothly in and out without any problem . I do recommend it.

A couple of notes to help you with future orders: - An email letting you know what's happening between the order purchase date, and shipment is helpful. I was SUPER impressed that you got this here from Hong Kong though in a matter of a couple of days once actually shipped. I just think being more communicative about the time frame is helpful. - I received my box but it was damaged (the outside of the box mostly) - definitely scraped up the bag that it came in a bit because the box was damaged all the way through. However it does seem to be ok on the inside as you did a great job with packing! Just the carrying bag is a little rough now. - Can not wait to try it out.

I placed one order and i got 2 package 1 from Netherland and 1 from China, that from China cost me a tax bill on 25$ extra, when i contact them they was fast to reply my message and they was shipping the last part, i would still order from here, that machine works so great, i really love it, i feels like you are in heaven. countless positions that is the words for that machine :D

I was skeptical about spending this much money but the machine is a game changer. One attachment part was slightly defective and customer service was great they answered quickly and sent a new part right away.

Excellent products and very friendly staff. I had a small problem with a product that replaced me for free and quickly. Recommended seller.
