Hismith Official StoreReviews of hismith.com

This product is so different, I couldn't resist purchasing it! I had never even seen anything like it! First, the packaging was really discreet。 It came in a blank box that is great for storage. Second, it was well packaged and came in perfect condition. Third, it's amazing! Works really well. Has tons of different options- different vibration patterns, different thrusting levels! It also includes a remote control so that you can change the settings with ease, while the toy does its thing!

This Hismith premium machine is a great machine. Works great in many positions, can satisfy male or female in many ways. We both love it. Customer service was great, answering many questions immediately.

I ordered a new vibrator for my wife, she has had a few toys but nothing has ever set her off like the G Spot Vibrating Dildo Vibrator from Hismith. Unfortunately the on/off switch failed after only a few uses. Hismith customer service was exceptional! No trouble whatsoever, they verified the failure and immediately shipped a new replacement product. Great Customer service ! Special thanks to Edwin, his follow up was immediate, allowing for the time difference.

These guys are awesome... I bought some parts for my machine but the parts needed a adapter that I forgot to get. They emailed me back and threw the adapter in free because they realized I screwed up. This is what you call customer service. 👍🏻

I had one small problem battery was dead and the remote control replaced it in this thing works great. When together super easy.. I advise anybody to buy the spring attachment makes things a lot easier. I will add more to this for you later when I get to use with my girlfriend this weekend.... I think is going to be a lot of fun and I hope it's the best she ever had.... For the woman gotta be like having sex with Superman if you ever had a dream about that!

I spent a good amount of time looking at different products of this variety on both this website and others and I found this to be the most appealing both for product quality and price point. After looking at what items I wished to purchase, I contacted customer support to make sure that all connectors, adapters, extra pieces, and toys would all work together and be the desired color at checkout. I definitely spent at least an hour, if not more, asking about individual items and just FAQ. Thankfully, they were willing to deal with me at length when I asked for extra information on products, shipping and cart information. Even when my purchase was made they still spent the extra time to answer my questions about shipping times and how it may or may not be affected by going through customs. Thank you very much to this employee that helped me through this process and with the extra aftercare. I am looking forward to receiving my order. :D

I have to say that I was skeptical about ordering this machine. Glad I did! My partner and I find this product to be a fun addition to exploring new ways to add pleasure to our sex lives. We did have a problem with a part holding the leg together. It had broken but I may have tightened it too tight. Regardless, Edwin in customer service remedied this situation quickly by sending out a new part for free. We are very happy with this machine, it never tires out, it keeps going until you are satisfied. I highly recommend this product, you will be disappointed!

I am from America, and it was easy to buy with them, the shipping its fast and he its always honest since the beggining. The chat they are always at night, because my time its different, but I found them always at there when i want to talk with them. Its the best place to buy, even better than alliexpress or alibaba. I love this place
