I honestly was more than surprised by Both the quality of the machines, the attachments and the client services. The more than professional agent I have been in contact with to fix a order that was missing an item, was fast to reply to my questions. offered me different option on to how I wanted to be compensated. Overall a 5 star service from Hismith. Will be back for more items in the futur.

I studied and compared some machines (and did not know these type of machines existed!! LOL!) and decided to get the Hismith Premium Sex Machine,Wire-controlled. They are not quite correct when they apply the 10% discount but I am willing to overlook it because I am very pleased with my purchase. The machine is very very well built and talk about power if you want it. Shipped very fast and I just used some of my points to create a voucher and received over $8 dollars off of my next purchase this morning! I put it through a long running time (1 1/2 to 2 hours) each time only because if I may say so, I come ALOT! Sorry if too personal. I used it which is 3 times so far in a week since I got it a week ago. Fun times I'm telling you!! And I am no spring chicken! I am 61 years young and plan on trying to wear it out but I feel it will hold up to the challenge!!!! So very glad I took the chance on it. My type of machinery for sure!

As a re-seller for Hismith, I often need customer service assistance for Discounts, tracking and returns. 9 out of 10 times, Jess is the representative that helps me thru the chat service. Jess has worked on my account at least 2 dozen times, and has never failed me. She always has a quick response and quick fixes for my issues, and is very pleasant to work with. Jess makes my job a little easier, and I do appreciate her hard work, at all times of the day and night.
