My order has never shipped and I have no way of contacting customer service. I've called, emailed and messaged on IG. Seems like fraud!

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in a world of whimsy and creativity. The store is beautifully organized, allowing customers to easily explore various sections dedicated to different themes. I was particularly taken with the section featuring quirky office supplies—who knew a stapler could be so amusing? The highlight of my visit was discovering a treasure trove of unusual board games that I’ve never seen anywhere else. The staff was incredibly helpful and even recommended a few based on my interests. Their enthusiasm was contagious! I left the store with a bag full of fun goodies and a big smile on my face.

I really need the product that I ordered so rather than tell me you’re sold out and issue an immediate refund, maybe there is an option for keeping the order active until new product comes in.

This tapestry is stunning! The colors are rich and vibrant and I can't wait to hang it! It's exactly as described, actually more gorgeous than pictured. Shipping was fast, it arrived safe and sound, and well packaged. I love the items in Hipimi and I'll definitely be back to this shop for more quality products - they have so much to choose from! ☺️
